WHAT IS INCLUDED?

All of the items below are typically included in our standard cleaning package. Of course, if you would like, this list can be customized for your specific needs.

If you are brand new with Starting Cleaning, specially if you have never had a cleaning service before, it can often take two or more cleans to get a home completely up to our standards. Longo term buildup of dust and grime can initially take us a bit longer to deal with. Moving forward though, on a regular schedule, we will be able to maintain your home, top to bottom, within the time allotted.

If you leave your home extremely cluttered or there are several clothing items, children’s toys, dishes, etc. laying around, picking up and/ or moving these items will take the cleaners time and can take away from the time they have to spend on actual cleaning.

• dust/clean all baseboards (using vacuum attachment)
• dust and/or wipe down all corners (high/low), horizontal surfaces, picture frames, light fixtures and lamps, window sills, bannisters & spindles
• remove cob webs
• clean all ceiling fans (if they can be reached by standing on floor)
• clean all wall vents
• spot wipe walls, door knobs, & light switches
• clean all mirrors
• wipe down doors & door frames
• vacuum & straighten couch & chair cushions
• clean all sliding glass doors. collect all garbage
• tidy papers, magazines, & books
• clean windows/glass at front door

Kitchen

• clean & sanitize countertop & sink, polish faucet
• mop & sanitize floor
• clean & sanitize stove top & range hood - exteriors & sides (where accessible)
• clean fridge - front & top/sides(where accessible)
• clean front of dishwasher
• clean inside & outside microwave
• clean exterior of small appliances - toasters, coffee makers, etc.
• spot clean cabinet exteriors, wipe down knobs, wipe down backsplash

Bathroom

• clean & sanitize countertop & sinks, polish faucets
• mop & sanitize floor
• clean & sanitize toilet - inside & out
• clean & sanitize bathtub, shower, & surrounding tile
• clean all glass & mirrors

Laundry Room

• mop & sanitize floor
• wipe down top and sides of washer & dryer

EXTRAS

Please let us know at least one week in advance if you want to schedule any of these extra services with your regular clean. These take additional time and the schedule needs to be adjusted to accommodate them.
